背景故事
Pho Hoa has been ladling out beef noodle soup on Pasteur street since the late 1960s. The southern style means a slightly sweeter broth and a mountain of fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime on the side. It is busy, tourist-friendly, and still full of locals at breakfast.
