The story
Founded in Hanoi and now all over Vietnam, Cong's Saigon branches serve strong robusta drinks in deliberately retro surroundings. The Ly Tu Trong location is a convenient central stop between sights.
Cong turned subsidy-era nostalgia — camo cushions, propaganda-print walls, enamel mugs — into Vietnam's most distinctive cafe brand. The frozen coconut coffee alone justifies the visit.
