Con Market grew up on a sand dune in the 1940s and by 1972 had become Da Nang's largest market, now with over 2,000 stalls. Its indoor food court lines up savory stalls (mi Quang, banh xeo, banh beo, banh canh) alongside sweet stalls selling che, desserts and smoothies. Outside, vendors keep serving after the market itself closes.
One of the city's oldest and largest markets and a local food hub. Stalls inside and around the market serve mi Quang, banh beo, rice paper rolls with pork, snails and che at budget prices. Late afternoon is a good window for many stalls.
