The story
A fish-noodle shop in block B2 of the Cho Dam apartments on Phan Boi Chau, right by the market. Bowls have a very clear, lightly sweet broth simmered from fish bones, with fine rice noodles, hot crispy fish cake, marinated fish (ca dam), crunchy jellyfish and a plate of fresh greens. The shop also sells candied squid, crab, shrimp and fish cake to take home as gifts.
