The story

Small squid banh xeo cooked on Tran Kim Hung, near the Thap Ba street area. Owner Phan Thi Nhu Ha took over the family business at 14, and press reports say the family has sold squid banh xeo in Nha Trang for nearly 70 years. The batter is rice with mung bean. The signature is small roe-filled squid (muc com), bought fresh from a fisherman each morning, served with chili fish sauce and vegetables.
