The story
Ba Hung is one of Da Lat's longer-established nem nuong (grilled pork sausage) shops, with a branch at 328 Phan Dinh Phung. A portion is about 5–8 skewers with fresh herbs, pickles and crisp fried rice paper for rolling. The dipping sauce is the signature: pork-bone broth with soybean paste, kept warm over low heat.
