The story
A long-running dessert shop at 76 Nguyen Van Troi, reported to have operated since the 1990s. It is best known for kem bo: smooth blended avocado with condensed milk, topped with coconut ice cream, rich without being overly sweet. The menu also has durian avocado ice cream, fruit ice cream, coconut jelly, flan and cheese yogurt, and the simple two-floor space fills with both domestic and international visitors.
