The story
Nam Dam is a Dao Cham (Long-dress Dao) hamlet in Quan Ba, about 45 km north of Ha Giang city, beneath Nui Doi mountain. About 26 households run more than 30 homestays, and the hamlet keeps its traditional rammed-earth houses. Guests can cook traditional dishes with their hosts, walk to the fields, take a herbal leaf bath, learn brocade weaving and join the Cap Sac ritual.
