The story
Ha Ton Quyen is a street of more than 700 meters across the old Districts 5 and 11, lined with Chinese-Vietnamese sui cao (dumpling) shops. The best-known is Thien Thien at No. 195 (hem 191), where staff use microphones to call out orders, and the strip stays busy from afternoon until late at night. Neighbors include Ngoc Y (187) for dumplings in oyster sauce, 162 for crispy fried dumplings, and Cuong Ky (157) for noodles.
