The story
Each evening, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street by Da Lat Market fills with street food stalls, next to the Hoa Binh area and its stairs. Snacks are the main draw: grilled rice paper, often called 'Vietnamese pizza', plus hot soy milk, avocado ice cream and snails.
From about 18:00 to 22:00 vendors around Da Lat Market sell soy milk, grilled rice paper, sweet potatoes, corn and other late snacks. Individual vendors vary, so choose stall by stall.

Stalls start around 17:00–18:00 and the market is busy from about 19:00. It usually winds down around 22:00–23:00, later on weekends and holidays. Wear warm clothing.
Getting there
The market is on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ward 1, about a 5-minute walk from Xuan Huong Lake. Motorbike parking costs about 5,000–10,000₫ and car parking about 20,000–30,000₫ (reported 2025).
