The story
A busy banh can spot on Nha Chung Street, about 200 m from the Chicken Church (Nha Tho Con Ga). Small rice-flour cakes with a quail or chicken egg are cooked in greased molds until lightly charred, then served hot. The fish sauce dip with scallion oil, peanuts, green mango and fried shallots is a highlight, and you can add a bowl of xiu mai.
