The story
An old dessert house with no signboard, down a winding lane at 36 Thanh Tinh in Vy Da, and a childhood memory for many Hue locals. The short menu has three chè: a bean chè of red beans, kidney beans and soybeans with coconut cream and roasted peanuts; a corn chè; and a fruit chè of more than ten fresh fruits cut small and arranged by color. It was founded by a woman from Quang Nam, and guides say the flavors lean Quang.
