背景故事
A small, busy fish-noodle shop at 123 Ngo Gia Tu, run by Ms. Loan's family, that began making its own fish cake in 1980. The fish cake is made from mackerel, steamed then fried, and the broth is simmered from fish bones and tomatoes for a naturally sweet base. Bowls come with fish cake, fish and crunchy boiled jellyfish. The room is about 25 m² with six stainless-steel tables and low stools, so it gets packed and hot.
Running for about four decades. It serves bun ca dam and fish cake in a fish broth.
Ms. Loan's shop began making fish cake in 1980; her daughter Nhat Vy now helps run it (VnExpress, 2023).

Avoid peak hours: the room is small, crowded and hot, especially around midday.

Open all day, from early morning to late evening (about 5:30–6:00 to 22:00–22:30 per 2023 reports). It is crowded at peak times, so go off-peak. The room gets hot around midday and in the afternoon.

Parking in front of 123 Ngo Gia Tu is limited, and customers park on nearby streets. Arriving by Grab or on foot is easier.
