The story
A small, long-running shop on Hong Linh, in business for nearly 20 years, that specialises in Nha Trang banh dap. A crisp grilled rice cracker is 'smashed' together with a hot wet rice sheet steamed right in front of you. Toppings include pork floss and scallion oil, and there is an egg version plus grilled pork or cha on the side. There are only a handful of tables, and both locals and tourists fill them.
A spot for Khanh Hoa-style banh dap (smashed rice cracker with wet rice sheet) and banh uot. Ask which dipping sauce comes with it.

Two sessions a day, morning and afternoon (about 6:00/7:00–10:00/11:00 and 14:00/15:00–19:30/20:00 per guides). It sells out fairly early, so go at the start of a session.
