A bun bo stall of more than 70 years in a small old house at 20 Bach Dang, near the Dong Ba river and Gia Hoi Bridge. Owner Nguyen Thi Buoi is over 80. 'Keo' isn't her name: locals nicknamed the stall after the long queue ('kéo') of customers waiting their turn. It cooks one pot a day of lemongrass-scented broth in the old Hue style, sells about 300 bowls with toppings like crab cake, pork and blood cake, and closes once it sells out.
One of the names often associated with old-style Hue beef noodle soup. It sells in the morning and often runs out early.

It's semi self-service: grab your own herbs and banana flower, then wait for staff to ladle out your noodles, toppings and broth.
Come early, because there's only one pot a day and it closes once it sells out.
