The story
A long-running restaurant at 15 Thach Son in central Sa Pa, built around thang co, the highland stew, with other Northwest dishes such as sturgeon or salmon hotpot, smoked buffalo meat and bamboo-tube rice. The three-storey building uses wood and ethnic motifs, and on Friday and Saturday evenings there are traditional ethnic performances.
