The story
A family hu tieu workshop on Lo Vong Cung road where you can watch, and try, each step of making rice noodles by hand. Owner Sau Hoai's hu tieu 'pizza' is a round of noodle sheet fried golden, topped with egg, braised pork and coconut cream instead of cheese. The workshop also makes colored noodles with natural ingredients (for example red from gac fruit, green from pandan leaf, white from rice flour). Output is small because everything is made by hand.

About 7 km from central Ninh Kieu, roughly 20 minutes by motorbike. From Cai Rang floating market it is 5–10 minutes by boat. If you come by car, expect about a 15-minute walk from the parking area.
