The story

Dac Kim opened at 1 Hang Manh in 1966. It became so linked to its street that people simply call it 'bun cha Hang Manh'. Pork shoulder is marinated, sliced thin and grilled over charcoal with pork patties, then served with rice noodles and a sweet-spicy fish sauce dip that balances the rich meat. The shop has several floors, is very busy, and is known for large portions.

Open since 1966 and passed down through several generations. The pork patties are grilled over charcoal. One of Hanoi's long-running bun cha addresses.
