The story
A garden house in an old Kim Long home down alley 104, where O Le (also called Me Le) serves Hue's steamed rice cakes, handmade and steamed over a wood fire. Banh beo comes topped with crispy bits, banh loc is large and filled with shrimp and pork fat, and there's also banh nam and ram it. The courtyard is brick-paved with plastic tables, and most customers are locals.

104/17/9 Kim Long (alley 104), in Kim Long near Thien Mu Pagoda. The alley is only reachable on foot or by motorbike; cars should park on the main road.
