You wade in to hunt for crabs, snails and trìa clams, help pull nets and paddle a SUP. Then you eat from the lagoon: grilled trìa with scallion oil, lagoon shrimp and fish porridge. In fishing villages like Ngu My Thanh (Dan Dien), fishermen haul nets at night and run tours by day.
