When to go
For clouds over Cau Dat's tea hills, arrive around 5:30–6:00. For photos, 8:00–9:00 or 16:00–18:00 works best. Late in the year, after the rainy season, is the best season. Strawberry picking is most pleasant from about 8:00 to 10:00.

Getting there
From Da Lat, head out via Tran Quoc Tuan Street and then follow Route 20 for about 15 km toward Cau Dat. For strawberry gardens, ask where cars and buses can stop and how far you'll walk before you set off.
